SABRE WITH TURKISH FITTINGS | |
Steel blade, plane, of Persian “shamshir” type. On the forte golden “turga”. Cross hilt made of silver, with elongated arms, thickened at the ends. Hilt, covered with horn plaques, is ended with rounded and bended pommel, with opening for the sword-knot.
Lenght of the blade: 77 cm; overall lenght: 91 cm; curvator: 9 cm.

PERSIAN SABRE – “SHAMSHIR” WITH THE SHEATH | |
Blade made of wootz steel, plane. Crosshilt made of steel, with elongated arms, thickened at the ends. Plaques made of horn with slanting, twisted, silver wire. The bended pommel is with metal cover. Sheath made of wood, covered with shagreen, with metal fittings.
Overall lenght: 93 cm, lenght with the sheath: 94 cm, lenght of the blade: 79,5 cm, curvature: 10 cm

ORIENTAL SABRE WITH SHEATH | |
Blade made of wootz steel, plane, covered with golden arabic inscriptions and marks. Crosshilt made of steel, thickened at the ends, with signs of golden lettering. Base of the hilt is twisted with silver wire. Plaques made of horn, inlaid with silver and brass. Both plaques are separated with brass binding, decorated with geometrical design. To strenghten the hilt additional silver plates are attached to the hilt, where floral design is engraved. Sheath made of wood, covered with leather, with metal fittings. Some of the fittings are decorated with golden and silver ornaments.

TURKISH SABRE | |
Blade made of wootz steel, plane, with widened back. Broad yelmen with strong protrusion. On both flats of the blade visible golden inscriptions. Crosshilt made of brass, decorated with geometrical ornament. Hilt covered with black horn plaques, ended with huge, rounded pommel, with opening for sword-knot. Hilt plaques separated with brass binding decorated with floral design.

RUSSIAN KINDJAL, “BEBUK”, mod. 1907 | |
Blade made of steel, with two fullers. Hilt made of wood with brass fitting and rivets. Inscription on the blade in Russian: “Zlatoust. Or. Fabr. 1909” and letters “A” under the crown and “T”. On brassfittings visible military numbers and iscr. “MAD”. Sheath made of wood, covered with leather with brass fittings.
